Rock Romano "This is That" Opening Reception

Redbud Arts Center is pleased to present a solo exhibition by Houston artist and musician Rock Romano, opening Saturday, June 6, 2026, with a reception from 6–9 PM. Romano’s paintings pulse with the energy of improvisational music, combining swirling forms, rhythmic color, layered imagery, and spontaneous mark-making. His works balance abstraction and recognizable imagery, creating playful yet emotionally charged compositions that shift and unfold across the canvas. Guided by instinct and experimentation, Romano allows symbols, gestures, and humor to emerge organically. Viewers are invited to form their own interpretations within these vibrant visual narratives.
