Michelle Vo: Resilience

"Resilience", a new installation by Michelle Vo at the TANK Space at Spring Street Studios, explores social connections, focusing on the artist’s relationship with her grandmother and the shared human experience of death. Making use of the TANK's vitrine, the installation features a mirrored infinity box within an arched stained glass mosaic, accompanied by a lotus-motif stained glass mosaic panel. Vo also includes a live floral bouquet that illustrates ephemerality and the process of decay over time. Join the artist for a public reception on Saturday, September 7, from 6-8pm.
