Spring Street Studios

SPRING STREET STUDIOS is a redevelopment and preservation project in Houston’s historic First Ward Arts District. Located at 1824 Spring Street, in the former Harris Moving & Storage Building, the refurbished building now houses 80 unique artist studios and a beautiful gallery corridor. Ideally located near downtown Houston, Spring Street Studios is a part of a larger creative campus – a total of 5 re-purposed buildings including Winter Street Studios, Center Street Studios, Silver Street Studios, and the upcoming Silos at Sawyer Yards.
