Twined-Reed Basket Workshop: Session 1

Session 1 – Join fiber artist Sarita Westrup to create a beautiful and functional twined basket-in-the round in this intensive one-day workshop. Participants will learn how to weave with round reeds, beginning with a star base, and create a spiral to form the walls and lip of the basket. This beginning level class will provide a foundation for basic basket weaving. Note: The workshop takes place in person and inside the HCCC building. A 30-minute lunch break will be provided; please bring your own lunch. REGISTRATION $120 for HCCC members. $135 for Non-Members. Online Registration Opens Mid-December.
