Rothko Chapel: 2026 Meditative Moment for Families with Align Mind

Join us at the Rothko Chapel for a family-friendly meditation that combines animal-themed yoga poses, breathing exercises, and creative intention-setting through drawing! As spring turns into summer, this fun and nurturing class helps participants recalibrate emotions, thoughts, and actions while building essential tools for overall well-being. The session concludes with a child-centered meditation designed to ease anxiety, reduce negative self-talk, and cultivate gratitude. Align Mind has partnered with local elementary schools and organizations across Houston—including The Children’s Museum, Rice University, and UT Health—to bring engaging mindfulness workshops to children and families.
