Hands-On Houston: Wooden Pendants

Join HCCC to create a wooden pendant, inspired by our current exhibition, "THIS SIDE UP". Learn woodworking skills like drilling, filing, and sanding to transform a scrap piece of wood into a beautiful pendant. Accentuate the wood’s intrinsic beauty by applying mineral oil to showcase its grain and natural hues. Thread your pendant on a piece of leather cording to make it wearable! Note: This activity will take place outdoors and is on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
