A geophysicist with a PhD\, he studied at the Glassell School of Art at the Museum of Fine Arts\, Houston. Working primarily in oil\, Kairat combines glazing\, impasto\, layered\, and alla prima techniques. His exhibition Homeland and Roads features scenes of Kazakhstan\, travel-inspired works\, and paintings reflecting his love of tennis. Price: FREE
