In the Meeting Room of the Fulshear Branch Library, Fort Bend Master Gardeners will teach patrons about plants that thrive in Texas.
The Fort Bend Master Gardeners are trained and experienced volunteers who assist the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in promoting research-based horticultural practices that can help residents succeed in developing and maintaining their home landscapes.
Patrons will learn how “Texas Superstars” refers to a wide range of plants that endure demanding trials across several state regions to ensure wide adaptability to Texas’ varied climates, ratings by cold hardiness zone for geographic suitability, and identification of special traits.
