As we approach fall, leaves, grasses, and skies change from one end of the color spectrum to the other. The greens drip and fade into oranges, reds, yellows and browns until rejoining their ancestors in the dirt. One color that particularly stands out among the rest is a mysterious and rich color called Magenta.
Each year the color experts at Pantone USA choose a color of the year. This year, 2023, the chosen color is titled "Viva Magenta". To celebrate this color, the artists at Sabine Street Studios were prompted to create works that use Magenta, or an interpretation thereof.
