UFOs AND TELEPATHY IN THE SOVIET UNION

What I Learned about the Paranormal from Archives Lecture by Stanislav Panin, PhD Stanislav Panin, PhD, who previously did his research at the Archives of the Impossible, a collection of primary sources about the paranormal hosted by Rice University, will tell about his study of the Soviet milieu of paranormal investigators and their exchange with American counterparts.
