Hub New Music

Join us February 17 at Moores Opera House as Hub New Music performs new works by Angélica Negrón, Nico Muhly, Nina C. Young, and a world premiere of new work by Tyshawn Sorey, co-commisioned by the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts. Tyshawn will be in attendance for this special concert. Hub New Music is celebrating its tenth anniversary with an ambitious commissioning project spanning 2023 and 2024. Hailed as "contemporary chamber trailblazers" by the Boston Globe, this nimble quartet of winds and strings defies musical boundaries.
