Join HCCC in exploring balance and stability by designing your own, whimsical kinetic sculpture using wood and recycled materials. Tilt, slide, and suspend everyday objects and ordinary materials into surprising arrangements, and explore stability, centers of gravity, and symmetry through this hands-on, tactile activity. Learn to balance your sculpture visually and physically and assemble your materials into a captivating work of art that defies gravity. Note: This activity will take place indoors and is on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
