Bestselling Cookbook Author, Adeena Sussman, Slated to Speak at Congregation Emanu El

Adeena Sussman, culinary author known for her modern Jewish cuisine, will speak at Congregation Emanu El as part of its Endowment Speaker Series, “Jewish Life, Community, Cuisine, and Culture.” Sussman will share her voice and perspective on Jewish foodways, traditions, community, and connection, drawing on the stories, flavors, and inspiration behind her latest cookbook, Zariz: 100 Easy, Breezy, Tel Aviv-y Recipes. Congregation Emanu El invites attendees to bring non-perishable food items to support food-insecure students through the Community of Resources Houston (COR).
